Shipping & Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

This Shipping & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made from shopbola.com (the “Site”), operated by XPC LLC (“Bola,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

1) Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control may impact delivery times.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may fail and additional fees may apply. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  • check with household members and neighbors

  • look around your delivery location

  • contact the carrier to open a claim

You can also email us at support@shopbola.com and we’ll do our best to assist. To the extent permitted by law, Bola is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@shopbola.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and determine an appropriate resolution.

Risk of Loss

To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed to the carrier.

2) Refund / Returns Policy

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, unless an item is marked Final Sale or otherwise noted on the product page.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including tags/labels if applicable).

  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return (unless required by law):

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items (if offered)

  • Items returned used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged (unless due to our error)

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email support@shopbola.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong item or a defective item).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Incorrect, Missing, or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item, a defective item, or part of your order is missing, contact support@shopbola.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, please contact us at support@shopbola.com before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve it.

3) Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above indicates when the latest version went into effect.
